Returns
Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
There is a restocking fee of around 10% if the payment is made thru Credit card or Debit card. If your payment is still not captured by us, there wont be any fee and entire amount will be refunded.
100% amount will be refunded if the payment is made through Venmo.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
